Our site is a service for owners/agents to list vacation rentals for rent and for buyers to rent these accommodations. We are not involved in any transaction between any party who uses our site. As a result, we have no control over the quality, safety or legality of the items advertised, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of owners to rent the accommodations or the renters to rent accommodations. We cannot ensure that an owner or renter will complete the transaction.

We strongly recommend that renters require a written notice of the refund and cancellation policy from the owner/agent. We recommend the purchase of trip cancellation insurance at your own expense. We are not responsible for the refund of rental fees for any reason.

Cancellation by Owner

Apartment rental listings with Vacationhomejunction.com can be canceled at anytime. Upon the day of notification, Vacationhomejunction.com service will be canceled within two weeks of the day of notification. No refund or pro-rated credit will be issued for cancellation by owner.

Acceptable Content Policies

These policies are established in order to order to preserve a fair and orderly site for the advertisement of vacation rentals and in order to maintain a "family safe" environment. Note that these policies are subject to periodic review and may be updated from time to time.

There are specific locations for the inclusion of web addresses (also referred to as “Links” or URLs) and e-mail addresses in the Vacationhomejunction.com listings. All web addresses or links must be approved and must reside only within the authorized "External Link" section of the ad. Email Addresses and Phone Numbers must reside only in the authorized locations within the listing. After submitting information to Vacationhomejunction.com it becomes the copyrighted property of Vacationhomejunction.com and unauthorized copying or use of such information is prohibited by Federal law and is subject to criminal prosecution.

Rental Inquiries

It is the goal of Vacationhomejunction.com to reduce the volume of SPAM delivered via the apartment Rental Information and Availability Request (Inquiry) form. To that end, inquiries may be monitored and filtered by Vacationhomejunction.com prior to delivery to Vacationhomejunction.com apartment rental owners/agents. Inquiries may be read by Vacationhomejunction.com staff members.

Rental inquires are delivered via Internet email and are not to be considered private. Internet e-mail delivery is not 100% reliable and Vacationhomejunction.com cannot be held responsible for undelivered inquiries or for missed income as a result of undelivered inquiries. Vacationhomejunction.com, at its own discretion, may supply to potential renters the direct e-mail address of Vacationhomejunction.com advertisers for the purpose of making a rental inquiry.
